We encourage you to check out our FAQ section for very detailed information on certified translation procedures. There you will find answers to most of your official translation questions!
Our certified translation service is carried out by certified translators who are accredited by, and registered with, official translation associations in Canada and the USA. The translators will translate your documents and provide a declaration stating that the target language text is an accurate and complete translation of the source language text. The certified translator will also include his official seal or stamp.
The official document translation service is accurate not only in terms of language but also layout. Your documents will be meticulously formatted to reflect the source document.
Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Usually, the electronic copy of the certified translation can be completed within 2-3 days, depending on the number of documents. Subsequently, the certified hard copy translation with the translator’s seal and declaration will be mailed to you by express mail.
For certified translation, a minimum charge of $99 plus HST applies. If you have a number of documents, a per-word rate or a per-document rate applies, depending on the language and the content. We will confirm the price once we receive your document. Please email us a scanned version of your document, fax it or mail it to our office. We do not accept drop-offs.
The cost of express mail within Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and other Canadian and US cities is $20 or more depending on the number of translated documents.
