Yes, we translate from English to French and via versa. To “translate” an audio file involves 2 steps:
1. Transcription of the English audio into English (convert audio to text).
2. Translation of the English text into French.

In regards to our previous experience, a transcription of 20 minutes of audio approximately takes 2 hours.
Once the audio is transcribed in English, we will translate the text to French.
The 20 minutes audio will contain approximately 3,000 words. Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days, however, we always try to accommodate our client’s deadline.
We charge the translation work based on a word count and the transcription per hour.
