I need my birth certificate translated from German to English and have it certified.
Do you do this, how much do you charge and how long does it take?

Yes, we provide translation and certification of your document. We charge our translations per word and the rates vary per language. We would need to receive your document for our review in order to issue a free quote. You can scan the document and email it to us, alternatively you can fax it (see Contact Page). Our standard turnaround time is about 3-5 business days, plus mailing time. All certified translations come with a seal and a declaration from our certified translator and they are valid for legal and immigration purposes.

Do you also translate other legal documents for court purposes such as a Divorce Decree?

Yes, we also provide certified translations of various legal documents such as Divorce Decrees, Diplomas, Transcripts, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, etc.

Please note that if the translation of your legal document is for the use in court, usually, notarization of the certified translation is necessary. The notarization procedures depend on language and the type of document. However, it will most likely involve our certified translator sign an affidavit in front of a public notary.
