Lenka de Graafova, M.A, the owner of LingoStar, is a translator and interpreter with 10 years of experience in translation, project management and language instruction. She is of Czech origin, was educated in the Netherlands and United Kingdom, and has worked in Europe and Canada. She speaks five languages and is an entrepreneur with a passion for languages and related technology.

• You request a quote for a translation, interpretation or localization work by phone or email and send us any related documentation.
• Our project managers discuss all details with you and process your request as soon as possible: they carry out the word count or file conversions in order to provide you with the specific price and delivery time. If an interpreter is needed, they will discuss the venue and required timeframe.
• You confirm acceptance of the quote so that the project managers can organize the work flow.
• Ideally, you send us any reference materials to ensure consistency of translation and interpretation.
• The translators, who are chosen for their expertize, qualifications and native tongue, commence work. Interpreters will be present at your event and will ensure smooth communication in a foreign language.
• The final translations are proof-checked in-house for lay-out or omissions.
