Document Translation Quote

If you are requesting a document translation quote, always submit your source documents in order to receive an accurate quote. Translations are charged by the word so we need to review your documents before finalizing the price. Please scan your documents and upload them via the form below or email them to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . If this is not an option, you may fax them to +1-866-714-3189. We do not accept original documents by mail, or in person at our office.

We understand that occasionally you may not have the source documents available. In this case, please indicate an approximate word count or number of pages.

Certified Translation Quote

If you are requesting a certified translation quote please refer to more detailed information in our FAQ section including quote submission and description of translation procedures.

Website Translation Quote

If you are requesting a website translation quote, please submit the content of your website in an MS Word document. We understand that occasionally you may not have an MS Word document available. In this case, please provide links to individual website pages that require translation. Some websites have many pages with many links and we want to make sure we are only quoting you for the text that requires translation.

Voice-over Quote

If you are requesting a voice-over quote, please submit the script and information regarding the language and accent required, female or male voice and type and tone of voice-over (e.g. commercial, corporate presentation).

Interpretation Quote

If you are requesting an interpretation quote, please submit the following:

Your full name, company name, phone number, mailing address, the language pair(s), purpose of the assignment, date and time, exact location, number of persons involved and estimated length of the assignment, as well as reference material, itinerary, and description of the technical nature or specific technical knowledge required.
