DO YOU PROVIDE VOICE-OVER SERVICES IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES? CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A QUOTE?
Yes. Please email us at mailto: info@lingo-star.com with your contact information and requirements so that we can issue you a quote for our services. Please include your full name, company name, phone number, mailing address, the language pair(s), and attach a final script in the target language.
I NEED A VOICE-OVER BUT I ONLY HAVE THE ORIGINAL SCRIPT IN THE SOURCE LANGUAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?
If a script in the target language is not available, please provide the script in the source language and we will include translation services on your quote.
I NEED A VOICE-OVER BUT I ONLY HAVE THE AUDIO/VIDEO FILE IN THE SOURCE LANGUAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?
If a script is not available in the source or target language, please provide the source audio or video file and we will include transcription and translation services on your quote.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE PRICE FOR VOICE-OVER SERVICES?
The total price for voice-over services depends on the languages required, whether or not you require transcription and/or translation services as well, and the word count of the script or length of the audio/video. We may also have to book a studio, in which case studio fees will also apply.
CAN YOU PROVIDE US WITH DEMOS BEFORE WE GO AHEAD WITH THE PROJECT?
Yes, we will provide you with demos based on your specifications, e.g. gender of the voice-over artist, tone, style, etc.
WILL THE VOICE-OVER FILES BE HIGH-QUALITY? WHICH FORMATS DO YOU PROVIDE?
We always make sure that the final file is high-quality. You will receive the final video/audio in the same format as the original (usually MP3 or WAV) or as per your special requirements.
DO YOU PROVIDE SUBTITLES?
Yes, we are proud to say, we do. We can also provide you with the translation of your script to other languages.
